Welcome to this exciting space of understanding your Strengths - what is very 'right' and great about who you are!

With 15 years working in community and mental health, wellbeing is a passion of mine, and I have loved this stunning addition of training and developing as a Strengths Coach.

As well as being a coach, I am a mum of 3 boys, a wife, and a pastor, and I am so aware of the complexities of the different 'hats' we can wear in our lives, and the sometimes confusing journey to understand, and live out, our purpose. I believe that we are invited to live our lives wholeheartedly - our work, our relationships, our play. Understanding our natural wiring - what inspires and motivates us, is key to this process.

With Strengths, we get to be intentional about celebrating who we are, what we bring, and how we can help each other develop to be our best 'self' in all the arenas of life.
