The content of this course will cover:

-How to provide effective feedback and consultation for teams, small groups and partnerships;
-Resources for Strengths coaching;
-Further exploration of the 34 Themes;
-Strategies to help individuals partner with each other to meet performance goals and enjoy a deeper level of understanding in both personal and professional relationships.

This course is made up of the Partnership module (day one) and Team module (days two and three). If you are interested in completing one module only please contact the SNSP office directly. Note: the Partnership module must be completed prior to attending the Team module.
