Kia ora, I'm Laura, and I combine my skills as a Top 5 Strengths Coach and a REPs-registered personal trainer to offer you Strengthsy Coaching, a unique little wellbeing business that aims to help you discover your superpowers and use them for good in your life.

By taking a holistic, mind-and-body approach to your goals, you can combo ANY of my Strengths services with my PT services or use them standalone, for your context. Scale it up, keep it simple – it's your choice!

Example Strengthsy Combo Package:
1. A Top 5 coaching session to focus on your unique talents as they apply to your goal (sporting or otherwise).
2. A Fitness Planning session using the outcomes of your Top 5 coaching session to guide us.
3. A 'Food Shop Buddy' supermarket experience that works alongside your Fitness Plan and keeps your diet game strong!
4. Regular Personal or Group Training fitness sessions linked to your plan where you build up your weak spots using your strengths, with your Strengths Coach!
